My word was "snow" and since this picture is about winter, it's a perfect fit.
First, I'd say you had a very good idea in mind, but you need to work on the execution. I'm sorry I know nothing about anthro, so I can't really comment on the character herself; maybe aside from the fact that the folds on the clothing seem awkward
(I have trouble with drawing cloth folds too). Also, I'd suggest coloring the trees with brown instead of grey, and maybe work on the texture so that the bark looks more like bark and not just smooth. The snow sort of looks a little grey here Last but not least, aside from the flying scarf, you should add maybe flying snowflakes or leaves to actually show that wind is blowing
